1. Nature of Service

The SW4TV application is exclusively a media player. We are not content providers. We do not transmit, host, store or make available any type of IPTV list, television channel, movie, series or other audiovisual material.

Our system only provides the technical platform for the user to play M3U lists that they themselves own or obtain from legitimate sources for which they are exclusively responsible.

2. What We Do Not Do

We expressly inform that:

• We do not provide, distribute or deliver playlists (M3U or similar);
• We do not transmit, retransmit or make available content from TV channels, movies, series or any other material protected by copyright;
• We do not host streaming servers or store audiovisual content;
• We do not work with content. Our activity is limited to developing and licensing playback software.

3. Legitimate Use Cases

Our application is intended for legal scenarios. By using our services, you agree that you fall within uses such as those below (non-exhaustive examples):

• Corporate/institutional IPTV: internal networks of companies, universities, hospitals or hotels that transmit licensed content, training or events to authorized users;
• Licensed content: broadcasters or VOD services that provide M3U lists for paying subscribers;
• Free-to-air (FTA) channels: public broadcasters or independent channels that make official and free M3U streams available;
• Personal media: home servers (Plex, Jellyfin) or home automation that generate M3U lists from local media files owned by the user;
• Events and conferences: live streaming of events, meetings or services from private URLs to authorized participants;
• Testing and development: software or QA professionals who test HLS/M3U streams.

Any use outside these scenarios or without proper authorization is prohibited and the exclusive responsibility of the user.

4. User Responsibility

The user is entirely responsible for the lists they use. It is exclusively up to the user to:

• Own or obtain the playlists they wish to use;
• Ensure they have rights or legal authorization to reproduce the content accessed through their lists;
• Comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction;
• Use the application lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

5. Illegal Content

Our system does not deliver and does not facilitate access to illegal content. The application only plays URLs and lists entered by the user. Any use to play content without proper authorization is the sole responsibility of the user and constitutes a violation of these terms.

6. Technical Platform

We offer a licensing and device management platform for resellers, which allows activating, renewing and managing access to the application on Samsung and LG Smart TVs. This is a commercial management tool, not content distribution. The reseller must ensure that their customers use the application in accordance with the law.

7. Disclaimer

The site and application are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant quality, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, security or accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. There is no guarantee that functionality will be uninterrupted or error-free.
